Main features:
1. Magazine design:
Three sets of profile cutting tools are installed to reduce tool changing time and increase working efficiency. Common cutting tools can be used for a long time.
The tool change mode is rotating tool change and locking, and the tool change speed is 3 seconds.
2. The adjustment method is handwheel adjustment. Hand wheel with counter, precise adjustment, when processing various profiles, remember the value. When replacing profiles, adjust to the required value. The position adjustment is completed.
3. The positioning is pneumatic lifting and electric adjustment.
Pneumatic lifting increases the convenience of discharging and reclaiming the profiles in the work.
Electric adjustment, when replacing profiles, the removal time of positioning plate is avoided. The positioning plate can be electrically adjusted up and down.
4. The distance from the front work area to the corner of the group is short, and the operation of the staff is more comfortable.
5. The circuit design is optimized to minimize the stroke of the oil cylinder in case of useless work. The processing time of angle setting is one third faster than that of the same model. Save labor, time and power.
6. The mechanical transmission structure is optical shaft with copper sleeve. Under the working condition of long time and high load, the wear is the least and the service life is the longest.
7. The positioning structure behind the profile makes the adjustment more convenient and quick.
8. Assemble high quality hydraulic station. Increase the function of oil temperature and heat dissipation, increase the service life of working elements and the power stability in long-term and high load work.
